This is my first clinic experience, and it's Okay.... Clean facility, I have an amazing counselor (by luck, it seems like most of the counselors don't care much for their patients, however most patients don't care much about treatment to begin with as they are still using), but the service here is pretty terrible. It takes hours to see the doctor, and the staff turnaround is crazy. But all in all treatment has been great (but I've also never missed a single counseling session, and I keep my UA's clean for the most part). Can't say much for the staff, except that Alecia (a counselor) is amazing.
Good staff, very clean compared to other clinics....but it's really hard to get off of though, especially the longer you stay on it....I have tapered twice and there was nothing easy about it...I unfortunately relapsed n returned to the clinic. Learn from my mistakes! I'm currently tapering again and staying clean and I pray this is the last time I EVER have to tapper....Good luck everyone! Xx
Great location ,clean building , pretty quick services this was my first experience and it was ok
They do they're job and that's all you can ask for. Clean and nice facility with great upkeep. The people who complain are the ones who don't realize that they are the ones that got themselves into this treatment program because of they're choices.
Better than most clinics I've been to. But it's nearly impossible to get a dose change.
CTC has been at this location less than a year, and it's an enormous upgrade from the previous office on Friars. Its large, bright, and spotless - even the restrooms are well maintained (unheard of in any drug facility!). The downside? Sadly, with the expansion & increase in clients came an equally enormous decline in client care. Reaching a counselor by phone is mythical- it will NEVER happen. In-person is by appt only and if missed you cannot reschedule: your ONLY option is sitting for hours on end until someone has an open full hour (!) to take you. This is rare. Recently it took 6 days of sitting & waiting to be seen. You cannot dose during that time- not until you meet with a counselor! This is "punishment" for the missed appointment: interrupting Tx. And "health professionals" agree this is wiser than this simply rescheduling? That's plain frightening ("She's 10 minutes late! Pull her meds.)- find a doctor anywhere who'd approve this! Last comment on counseling: There are only available TWO counselors prior to 6 a.m. And its mandatory 60mins, making it nearly impossible for anyone with a full-time job. In a nutshell: Methadone DOES work. But not when there's a staff of 30 yanking it from under you for any little thing. And it's a wonder why the success rate is so low?? The the reasons are pretty clear.

It's a place where your able to qualify.:&&:.get full assistance medically, aswell as being assigned a counselor/case manager to help you with outside mental health doctor's/basic adult physicians/job core/welfare assistance/help w/ getting back into school, anndd mannyyy more different types of reference's(some are free, orr even pro-bono...) but other references go accordingly to what healthcare provider you have, followed by what they're benefits offer.. Some healthcare provider's ACTUALLY will now practically cover pretty much all the medical bill's anndd etc if you “declare” yourself as an addict or an alcoholic @ your workplace, (orrr)within your workplace.. Ironically enough, nowadays the government will now help you start/begin/assist/enable/continue on with your recovery... etc... Weirdly enough, the Fashion Valley Clinic makes me feel welcome n I actually somewhat feel like I'm truly able to be a "normi" once again.. Anndd get acclimated back into a regular basic lifestyle... »{°😏😳°}«
