First visit today for our child. We had a fantastic experience with the therapist, Glen Pastores. Check in staff was good too and was very patient with us in making 4 follow up appointments around our busy schedules. The phone staff at their call center that made the initial appointment and took all of our insurance info was very curt on the phone. I got off the phone feeling a bit reserved about the whole situation. Turns out she made an error and booked the wrong family member for today's appointment even though I specifically mentioned it was for our child. The lady checking us in today was able to to correct the error without inconvenience on our part. I am very excited about our upcoming sessions and feel like Glen really listened to our concerns and made significant effort to help our child feel comfortable. On a superficial picky note: The aesthetics of the waiting area are quite drab and depressing (very clinical feeling) but I can over look that for a great therapist.
