I struggled with alcohol for many years and found myself at APEX to get help. The entire staff was beyond helpful and truly cared about each persons well being. I have been sober for 46 days and after a 17 year run I am feeling better than I have for a very long time. Thank you APEX for all the love, support and tools. You do great things for people and should feel proud of what you do!!! If you are a person seeking help please do yourself a favor and contact APEX. Many people in the program during my stay had previously been to other rehab facilities (unlike myself) and every single person said APEX was much better than their prior experience(s). I had the drive to get better and APEX knew what I needed. Thank you once again APEX, I love you guys and what you do!!!!

Dr. Gale is really great and extremely patient. I am so thankful for all she did for our family.

My husband and I reached out to Dr. Gale for help with our 4 year old son and his behavioral challenges. We saw her on a regular basis for about a year and she was extremely helpful. She particularly helped me (Mom) gain the confidence I needed to execute disciplinary strategies and maintain consistency in our family. She is open, honest, and straightforward and will continue to be a valuable resource for our family.

Dr. Gale is a get resource when it comes to learning different parenting techniques. She really helped our family get our daughter through some transitions with school. I appreciate that her office hours are better suited for those that are in school or working (afternoon and evening appointments).

I saw Dr. Gale for a little over a year and I’m so glad I decided to go to her. She helped me become stronger and guided me while I sorted through things. She’s patient and honest. Sometimes we all need brutal honesty when we’re being ridiculous and she did it with kindness.

Dr. Gale is what we needed to help our family with the chaos we thought was normal. She has not only helped my son but she has also given us tools as parents to help continue his treatment. We all learned how to better communicate. As a parent, I was able to learn how to better speak with him, which helped to decrease his ourbursts. I became less anxious of how he may react. My son learned how to use his words vs his body to express himself. He is a very smart child which lead to frustrations when he was unable to fully express his feelings. We are so grateful to have been refered to Dr. Gale and all the tools she has given to our family. PCIT is a great way to help your child learn how to communicate and also how to repsond when given direction. Apex was an essential part of my early recovery. The attentive staff is always there to help and do everything they can to improve your stay at the facility. The group sessions are great and very helpful. Today I have been sober for 6 months, and I have to say I'm not sure I could have achieved that without the help of the Apex community.

i need help

Very good and if I had another problem in life I would go to this rehab center again. The staff is very friendly and they do all the steps to help a patient recover. I've been going to classes since and I feel good thanks to the staff and the therapist that helped me. I give them a thumbs up. I felt so good being there and how they treated me. I call it my home away from; but I never want to be the person I was prior to going in. I do miss them; but I don't miss my addiction. Thanks APEX and the best cook in town! If there is anyone that they know that needs help I say APEX all the way!

Apex Recovery is truly one of a kind. The staff is amazing and there is always someone available to speak with. The doctors on staff are some of the best in the industry and have in depth knowledge in addiction and mental health. The facility is beautiful and very private which is exactly what clients are wanting when seeking treatment. I can't express enough what a positive impact Apex is having on the dual diagnosis community, they are making huge strides to save individuals from their battle with addiction and mental health. There are many facilities out there, but none like Apex Recovery.

We saw Dr. Gale for two and a half years. It was a really great experience. She helped us though PCIT to help our son work through some of his aggression issues and with general obedience. As first time parents we didn't know how to handle his anger, hitting and lack of obedience. Now we have the tools to approach our son in a way that is supportive and encourages his cooperation and learning. It takes time and effort to create good habits and appropriate responses as well as learning to be extremely consistent. It is well worth the time, effort and expense. In a couple of months our son's aggression was gone, his hitting had stopped, and he was listening most of the time. We continued to go on a maintenance basis after that. I would recommend PCIT to ALL parents and I would recommend Dr. Gale to anyone looking to try PCIT. She is great with parents and children. Our son loves her too.
